Faulty Product Delivered - Poor Customer Care Serv

Very Poor Customer Service(Order Id: 918717704).


I bought https://snapdeal.com/product/cosco-cmtm-sx3000-motorised-treadmill/597068 from snapdeal.


I am at the verge of loosing Rs 43K as I was delivered with faulty product and customer care hasn’t reverted back with any resolution in last 10 days.


On the other hand Product company(in this case Cosco) says they have absolutely no idea and no control who sells their products on snapdeal and various other websites and hence will not provide any service for products sold via snapdeal.com.


Everytime I get in touch with snapdeal customer care service they have no updates and ask to wait for 24-48 hrs, but they never get back. In this I have atleast spoken to half a dozen of customer care executives. Everytime they just have only one answer "We are sorry for inconvenience, no updates on your complaint so far and we would revert back in 24-48 hours"


Twice I got to speak to their customer care lead/supervisor: Saurab and Abhishek, they also made big promises about definitely getting back with resolution in 24hrs. Forget about the resolution none of them ever got back with any response. And whenever I try to get in touch both of them are either on holidays or busy on other calls. Even after requesting many times they never reverted back.


Above complaint was put of snapdeal.com facebook page as well but they removed it. Instead of taking care of the problem they are just avoiding it.


I don’t recommend anybody to buy anything from snapdeal.
