What happened to snapdeal

I bought a powerbank on 21 august an recieved it on 24 august. I think it is an average time taken for delivery, regardless amzon and flipkard has next day delivery advantage but snapdeal doesn’t. I have read a news a advocate bought a mobile for her sister and recived a stone from snapdeal. Luckily this not happened to me but I recieved a USED AND NOT WORKING POWER BANK FROM SNAPDEAL.
