I was regular buyer of snapdeal.com. Recently I ordered Hp 128 GB pendrive at Rs. 999 during offer period. Snapdeal didn’t delivered that product to me. Although the build quality of site is not too good. It doesn’t support search features properly. During searching desired products, our typed words press slowly. I don’t like now Snapdeal as another one reason is customer support, at the time of launched site it provides customer support with toll free number. Now Snapdeal close it toll free number. Now many buyers have problem regarding support. Delivery is upto date. Products on Snapdeal are genuine.
