I used snapdeal for some time they not provide constant good service Some time thet give good service but some time they make me disappointed
The product quality is average The product shown on site is same in real but some time you get delivered damaged The customer service is average Once I ordered product and I get damaged product so I want to replace it they said yes After 3 days I got their email they cant repalce it so I tried again I convince them then I got refund my lots of time is wasted .
The delivery time is more it took 7-8 days to deliver the product and for repalcement same time required The app and website is not so great it could be easier I am only 30% reliable on this site if they provide good custmer service and delivery time is reduced then it could be useful.
