Hi all.
I have ordered a Elle 18 lipstick through snapdeal on 19 july, vide order id- 14277123999 with sub order id- 17834791272. It has arrived to me on 22 july. after opening it I came to know that it is broken from inside and useless for me. After it I registered a replace request to snapdeal through ticket ID- 26764300, it says that item will be returned in 24 hours and estimated pickup date was 24 july.
even after complaining so many times there is no update from there side. really fed up with this kind of service.
It is first time that I met with a problem with snapdeal and my experience is really horrible.
It is my request to snapdeal to kindly look into this matter.
