I dont want to write a big essay so will keep it short. Received broken product after 15 days of ordering. Called for return and they asked to send pictures. They said they will collect back the product in 4 days time and I need to pack the product and make it ready like Im a packer.
After 5 to 6 days no response from them, like they forgot everything. I called them back and they suddenly start exaggerating their apologies and say, "There is no return courier service in my location." (my location is my office which is located near Richmond Circle, Bangalore) the center part of Bangalore.
When they called me they said they will refund the courier charges. But they send a mail saying that they will refund as SD cash. I was planning to close my account with them, how can they return it as SD cash?
