I ordered three different products on same day(on 23rd Friday may) with three different Online shopping sites. One from Flipkart, 2nd from eBay and the 3rd one from snapdeal. Guess who delivered first! Yes, it was Flipkart. The fastest, got delivered on Monday 26th. Next was eBay. Got delivered on Tuesday 27th. Was fast enough too!
And this Shitty Snapdeal! Its Tuesday 27th, and still they didn’t even dispatch my Order! I think they will take another 6 to 10 days to get my product delivered. I ordered that product as gift for my mother’s birthday falling this week. And I think I will be disappointed! Asked Customer care, and just like recorded message, they reply "Sorry for the delay and we are escalating and some bla bla." I think they can change the name from snapdeal to "Snaildeal". So please guys, if u want fast delivery at least within 4 to 5 days, better go for Flipkart or even ebay. Don’t go with snapdeal. Dead slow.

To see if this idiotic Snaildeal hav rectified themselves, I Ordered an another product on snapdeal on 11th July. I also ordered an product on same day with ebay India. And on 14th July, I got the product delivered from ebay India.! Whereas the product from Snapdeal! Ha ha. Just like usual. Sleeping. I mean, the product is still under processing. Not even dispatched!

Since in the past yr Snapdeal had grown up a lot, I thout they would be good by now becoz of their new logistics "GoJavas", I ordered a product on May 1. I also ordered an another product on Flipkart the same day. And the Flipkart order was delivered on may 4. But until may 5th morning, they did not even ship my order.
The product I ordered costed about Rs.450 and just after 2 days now the product is just Rs.300! How! Its utter cheating. Now Finally I have cancelled the product AGAIN and I think its better to order from even Ebay!
Even in 2015, Snapdeal is still an un-professional people. Still "Web of Liars & Cheaters".
