I placed an order of AC(Order number 976670136) online. After committing the delivery date, Snapdeal never delivered the product. After multiple email reminder to their help desk, no response was received from them. their call center is almost unreachable. Lucky after hanging for 15 minutes, Agent told me that order has been cancelled.
I asked, why I was not informed, he bluntly told me that they have no control on supplier and they don’t follow up on behalf on supplier. I am still waiting for the refund and not received yet. This site is to cheat the customer and litrelly bring down my confidence to do online shopping any further.
