I have been loyal customer to snapdeal but to my surprise I am receiving end of poor service from Snapdeal. How difficult is to get the product return?
We made a purchase of inner wear and wrong size was delivered to us twice(Order 4287380022). On 14 Feb 2015 we received email saying amount will be refunded as SD Cash with in a week. After repeated reminder Snapdeal customer have replied that it we dont return Inner wears.
This is most dump and stupid reply to expect. I have already explained them 4-5 time its a unused and unopened package.
I believe reply was rude and without checking the complete history of the complain.
I have good mind to take my business else where.
