On my last purchase there was offer on snapdeal that if you purchase some thing of 1000 then you will get coupon of 500 worth .
I purchased some and then I wait for my coupon . my wait continuous till 2 months then decide to call and also a complain mail. they always told me that we will call you back and today it completes approx 1 year. and to day I receive a mail that was like that we are unable to reach you we are closing you request .
this is what exactly snapdeal is .
so dont buy any thing from snapdeal if they providing offers and all they make you fool.
