My first time online shopping was from snapdeal and experience was good. then I bought many thing from snapdeal and I don’t face any problem but at last 3 to 4 month my online shoping experience from snapdeal was very bad, because what ever I order they take very long time to dispatch so that the order will deliver after some long time and some they don’t deliver. 3 times they don’t deliver my order last time they increase the the delivery time but they don’t deliver and also their refund process is very slow. they return my order on 22 November and today is 29 november, I don’t get my money.
