Snapdeal is a cheat of the highest order! I ordered a portable shoe rack on their website on the 23rd of October 2014 and the estimated date of delivery was 29th of October 2014. The product hasn’t reached me yet and now they are not even allowing me to cancel the product since they claim that they have shipped the same.
They have charged me upfront and are not responding to queries on calls as well as on Social Media sites. Even their CEO - Kunal Bahl couldn’t care less for the order even after I tagged him on twitter. With the millions in their bank accounts, they have just failed in the eyes of their customers.
