Worst is just another word....!

Ordered the Micromax Canvas nitro cellphone. It was supposed to be delivered in a week.


At the end of the second week, all that snapdeal had to say was "We have lost the track of the product.It has left from the inventory and somehow managed to magically disappear in the transit.Our sources will find the product and we will revert as soon as possible". The product was delivered at the end of 5th week(when I had lost all the enthusiasm for the product).


When contacted, the delivery boy surprisingly requested me to reach to an xyz destination to collect the order.It was only after a prolonged verbal quarrel, I managed to get the guy at my doorstep.


I had to ensure the health of this so called "Missing product" before I pay for it.


However the snapdeal policies don’t allow an open delivery. WELL SNAPDEAL YOU SIMPLY MISS THE POINT BEHIND’CASH ON DELIVERY’. Already annoyed I paid for it and opened the box to find a cellphone with its seal opened and missing accessories. Thanks to my indian bullish nature that I took my money back then and there itself.


Guys opt for amazon and flipkart, they are the only genuine e commerce sites .


And a word of concern for other companies who make exclusive tie-ups with snapdeal, Please dont do it, the moment you tie up with snapdeal, you drop your sales by atleast 20%.Thousands of troubled consumers like me will give away a good product but to choose for snapdeal. Do hell with you snapdeal.
