The courier delivery boy came with a small ping pong sized package for the snapdeal order. This was outright rejected and sent back. How can 2 office chairs be delivered in a small package of the size of ping pong table tennis balls. Refund request has been sent. Last time around it took them 2 months because they were clueless about the package and its status after returning it, even though complete proof was provided. .They were unable to get info from the seller and hence us the customer, were the suffering party.
This is the second such instance I have seen where snapdeal is clueless about its seller network and is unable to verify and keep them in check, while Kunal Bahl goes on raking the moolah completely oblivious to what goes on in his venture.
