I purchased a ’Pewrex Special Office Chair(Medium Back)’ from Snapdeal for home use, this took them 45 days to deliver!
The chair shown in the picture on Snapdeal was different from the chair they sent, it was structurally different, this was the first lie!(here too I’m not the first one who had this experience, check: https://bit.ly/1rH5MGp)
Then I used it for a couple of weeks it’s wheels came out of the skewed chair molding, I suffered an injury because of this! When I complained on their site no one responded, then I wrote to @Snapdeal_Help with photos, @Snapdeal_Help has been telling me that they will give me a call back and resolve my issue since the last 31 days! This is simply conning people out of their money by selling defective products and then lying when we try to reach out to their support team!
31 days and they haven’t tried to resolve my issue! This is simply ridiculous, I have decided to stop buying from them and would advise everyone to boycott these liars called SnapDeal.com!
