I purchased a Tablet form them which was faulty so wrote an review here about Snapdeal and it services that I was not satisfied. However, I wasn’t aware of it that my review here would prove to be a blessing for me . Snapdeal contacted me very soon and asked to sent them the faulty tablet back and promised me to provide the price along with the courier charges.
I did the same and today I got the refund of my tablet with courier charges. A big thank you to Mouthshut and to Snapdeal too for there honesty and Integrity !
