I bought this TV from snapdeal later I came to know from samsung service engineer who visited my house for installation, that this is an imported product made in UAE and samsung India will not be covering warranty or provide any service. to get so I have to pay 5000+ service tax.
Snapdeal no where displayed such information about the product. When I call snapdeal they ask me to share this from samsung in written then they will take any action and when I call samsung they say, this is already mentioned on their site so they will not be providing this on written both Snapdeal and samsung playing the game. snapdeal says to call samsung as is samsung product while samsung says vice verca.
At the end no one is taking the responsibility and I feel help less from the very first day I started getting problem in the functioning of this TV.
I don’t any one else to come in the situation where I am in .
