I ordered a Samsung 32J4100 TV from snapdeal on 26th August 2015.
It took like 6 days to reach my location, I called customer care for installation and the service engineer came on the 7th Day. Now, After unpacking the Box he told that this product is not in warranty in INDIA as the product was "MADE IN EGYPT". I was shocked to hear that as it was clearly mentioned on product page that it has "1 Year Samsung India Warranty".
When I called customer care, they told that it is not their mistake and I have to bear the installation charge and also there is no warranty for the product in INDIA. I called Samsung Service Center and they informed me that the product can be in warranty if there is International warranty card from snapdeal. So I called SNAPDEAL again, But they were not at all ready to accept their mistake. They dont care about the customer satisfaction. They sold the product and they let the customer handle it by his own way. I had to Pay 1240 Rs for installation of the TV.
In this competitive market, If snapdeal is not providing satisfactory service, then I am sure the Dil ki Deal will no longer get orders. I am quitting this website forever and wont order anything hence forth.
No to SNAPDEAL, YES to FLIPKART, AMAZON.
