Just got lured in to purchase mobile phone through Snapdeal due to attractive discount being offered. However promised delivery date passed and mobile is yet to get delivered. Tried filing complaints with snap deal 03 times, every-time got a complaint number(12468810/12583067/13399839) and two standard mails each time .
First mail from "support@snapdeal.com" informed me that my issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. Second mail from "help@ snapdeal.com" informed that, issue will be resolved in 02 -03 days, than next time it was 03-04 days, than next time 05-07 days. In first mail they apologized for delay, In second mail they assured that my money is safe with them, in subsequent mails its simple that we will resolve your issue within 5-7 days.
They have no idea when my issue will be resolved, these are auto generated mails and they have not bothered to check status. I dont think that they have anyone looking at these complaints.
so If you are thinking of buying from snap deal, prey to god that you get things on time because their customer care & customers are just "Ram Bharose"
