I recently purchased a Skullcandy earphones from Snapdeal and on verification from the official distributors of Skullcandy, I found that the Earphones are **duplicate**.
On contacting Snapdeal, there is just **no response** from their side. I had ordered a mobile phone earlier for which I had to follow up for 25 days and finally they cancelled my order.
I had to spend about 7-8 hours in total on follow up with Snapdeal and their courier partner and what do I get? the order being cancelled! Order IDs 3539544766 and 3473129418.
Kindly do not buy from Snapdeal.* Sometimes price may be lower but it will be duplicate product. Customer support of Snapdeal is horrible.
I have exchanged around 45 mails with them. They are giving me a standard mail which makes no sense in the context. They reply without reading what I write.
Buy from Amazon and Flipkart. I have purchased products 7-8 times from these websites and always got original product well within scheduled time.
*Feeling totally harassed by Snapdeal.*
