I bought lenova vibe x2 on 9th feb 16 and the same has speaker problem from 25th feb 16 I lodged a complaint on 27th feb 16 to snapdeal customeercare executives. till date there is no response from them. From their customer care executive(JAISREE & GEETHANJALI) I came to know that there is a strike in snapdeal backend team AFTER THE STRIKE ONLY THEY CAN SORT THE ISSUE. I NEW FACED ANY WORST SITUATION WITH ANY OTHER SUPPLIERS. I BOUGHT THE SAME PHONE WITH AMAZON IT WORKS GOOD. SNAPDEAL IS HAVING VERY BAD AFTER SALES SO DONT GO WITH SNAPDEAL.
