Hello friends I used snapdeal some months ago. Its website interface and app somebinterface is good. They have a lot of products range. Some of the products are fake but mostly products are real. I think it is not a reliable website to shop. They take so much time to delivery. My last order came in 11 days which is a lot of time. In that time I contact to customer service but they didn’t reply me. Their customer service is not good. They provide good quality products but customer service is a issue while using this online shopping website. Also delivery time is an issue. Its reach is not available in the many parts of India. Overall I am not satisfied with this.
