I am a regular online buyer and today I am reviewing my experience with’Snapdeal’
’Customer service’ of this website is good we can place our order easily here and they co-operate with us but sometimes it takes several minutes to place an order and as snapdeal customer care number is not toll free we may charges a good phone balance.
’Product quality’ is not good in this website once I bought a sunglass here but when I recieved it, it was broken and I tried many times to replace it but they did not help me out.
If we place an order it often takes more time to’deliver’ as they promiss so I am not buying anymore from this website because in most of the products there is no free home delivery option available.
’App’ is very poor working sometimes we place our order and it gets canceelled in last.’Website’ is more better.
No snapdeal is not at all reliable to its consumer we often cheated by this online store.
We are not geeting worth of of our money. It is total waste of our valuable time and money.
