Hey guys at Snapdeal better wake up b’coz you have many competitors around you.This is definitely not the kind of service you guys should be providing, I’ve ordered 4 products and its been 5 days.
When I check your website you guys don’t even mention as to when exactly my orders are gonna reach my place.Its all a big mess, you mention some date and you deliver it either too early or very late.
Speed up your system, design your website and make it more user friendly and not confusing. Don’t stack-up the orders and make things confusing for your customers.
Learn things from Flipkart and how organised and timely they are, its always a good thing to learn from your competitors. At least after seeing so many negative reviews, WAKE UP!
