I have changed my mind about snapdeal because they made their services poor day by day and snapdeal is no more reliable. I think they partnership with any " sadak chaap" company like Ecom express easily which take minutes to counter their fame.
I placed my ordered around 20 may and still I haven’t received it cause of their courier partner. I haven’t received any call from their courier partner and later when I contacted them asking about the reason of delay in my order and they said they visited my place several time and I wasn;t available there. I have entered my residential address and I am available all the time. I am wondering about poorness of the company who can’t even make a call to their customer if they don’t find their address.
I would like to ask snapdeal what was the reason that you selected this poor partner who is unable to make call to their custmers? Calling someone would cost you hardly 1 rupees and any customer would happily pay that extra price. And instead of buying other companies like freecharge( and make their service worse too) better make your services better. I think your company is financially strong enough to establish your own courier services like flipkart.
Well I trust snapdeal no more and flipkart is much more reliable . just the products are bit expensive but I think paying bit more is better than suffering 5-6 days of DELAY!
