Very Bad Customer Service

I want to ask a question to snapdeal. Do u think customers are fool. If we all are gathered, you can’t survive in your business. I have ordered a mobile on snapdeal. They said that the device will be dispatched on or b4 10th of April 2013. Today is 9th still it’s not shipped yet.


When I called up to customer service, they said that they will look into it within 48 hours. if you take another 2 days means when I will get the device. You all will suffer 1 day that day is not far away...
