Poor quality product from Snapdeal and no response

I had bought a t shirt from snapdeal and there was a defect in the t shirt they asked to courier it back and I did. After that there is no response from the the company about the product.


After sending 10 e mails and calling every alternate day gives no feedback from the except please call after 48 Hours. Only useless advertisements doesn’t help one to grow, after sale service and product quality is very important. But seems the big people in the company do not understand basic things about customer satisfaction.
