I have been a long time customer of snapdeal right from their early days. Still remember those early days when I would eagerly log in to snapdeal.com everyday to see what was new. Don’t know what happened post that but suddenly the website morphed into a huge and unorganized megastore of deals & products. Highly unorganized, not at all attractive and worst part is pathetic customer service.
I don’t even want to look for deals on this site. Products seem overpriced, the deals are not worth anything. Updation of order status is pathetic
I ordered sunglasses for my dad as a father’s day gift. these idiots sent it through Delhivery, which is a bigger idiot. Delhivery does not have a policy of contacting customer before sending anything for delivery- so the consignee is supposed to wait outside on road the whole day for courier to arrive. On complaining they agreed to call me before delivering however I never got a call and the product was returned- consignee not available! Big liars.
Cut to snapdeal customer service - their responses were always the same - you will get it tomorrow sir, we are working on it, etc. I am never going to buy anything from this site ever again. 20 days post ordering, 5 emails and 10 calls to snapdeal customer support, I am still waiting for my sunglasses. would request everyone to be beware of this company and stop buying anything from them. This will make them learn a lesson
