I have order two pepper spray bottles on Nov 6th and payed the full amount. Promised it will be delivered by "Nov 14th."
On Nov 11th around 9.45 PM, I have received a call from courier service and he asked for direction but he never came for Delivery. I thought he will come the next day which he did not come.
On Nov 12th, I have noticed in the xpresBees website, mentioning it was "Missroute".
Waited till Nov 14th for the delivery of my package.
On Nov 15th, I have raised a ticket about the delay. As usual snapdeal replied with the details of the shipment which is of "NO USE" to me.
Now in the snapdeal website the delivery date has been changed to "Nov 20th"
On Nov 17, I have again raised a ticket about the new delivery date.
Today Nov 18th, I have received a response saying the package was returned back snapdeal and they have initiated refund.The courier never attempted to delivery the product.
There is no words to use to describe this kind of poor service and all the snapdeal customer service representative are "TRAINED PARROTS". They repeat the same again and again.
Not sure whether I will get my money back or not. Now I have to follow up for my money.
Unfortunately some of the products are not available in Flipkart otherwise I could have bought from them even though it is expensive than this filthy snapdeal site.
Hope there will some improvement, otherwise this business with go in drain by the curse of all affected customers.

The interesting point in this email was, it is underlined text not a link. Once again pathetic and poor approach.
