Snapdeal distributor sent a damaged product

I bought a laptop "Asus K55VM-SX086D Laptop(3rd Gen Ci7/ 8GB/ 1TB/ DOS/ 2GB Graph)(Silver Metal)" from snapdeal.com against an order no.: Order No.: 1062446783 placed on 2013-06-20 06:45:39 and made the payment using my credit card.


The product delivered to us on 26.06.2013 by Delhivery which is in a damaged condition. We lodged a complain to snapdeal via Customer Support Form on their website as well as intimated the portal by calling them via telephone.


Snapdeal did not send the receipt of this complaint as there is no written confirmation from them about the complaint number and when that is going to resolved.


The display screen of the laptop is completely damaged and is not acceptable at all. I am very disappointed by this kind of behavior and treatment by snapdeal.


The party who shipped the product Technology Nxt, Mumbai is very unprofessional to package this kind of sensitive items and Delhivery did not take care of the product.


Snapdeal says that give us 1-2 days and then we will let you know what we can do. That is again very unprofessional approach for an item purchased for Rs. 48000. That is not a small amount and can not be treated like a joke what snapdeal and Technology Nxt is doing.
