I have ordered asus x53sc-sx492d laptop from snapdeal on 14th feb. the scheduled shipping date was 21-feb-12. on 20th morning I got a message that my delivery has been delayed and scheduled on 24-feb-12. On 21th morning I got another message and shipping date was re scheduled for 27-feb-12.
Agian on today morning a got another message shipping date again scheduled on 28-feb-12.
However before placing order I had called snapdeal and confirmed the availability of the product. They confidently said that it is on our stock and suggest me to place order. I placed order and now there customer care representative is saying that they have stock issues.
I have never seen such type of business model. They are doing business on national level and such a pathetic service?
This is message to snapdeals person on mouthshut.com if my ordered didnt reach by 28-feb-12. I will cancel my order and if necessary I can approach CNBC AWAZ PEREHADAR and bring you on TV or may take legal action in Delhi consumer court. I have already collected the information on filing a complain against online vendor.
This is not a small order I have already paid all 34, 499 RS in advance. so I cant take any risk.
If any one of u need To file complaint against any fraud company contact me I will give u necessary details. I have already a bad experience with indiaplaza. now I request snapdeal please dont loose customer faith, otherwise you will be in big lose
