Overburdened company asking for apologies

The company seems totally confused and overburdened with the products they sell.


On 2 Feb 2012, I made a purchase for 2 sarees(with a wish of surprise gift for my wife on some occasion) worth Rs 3930 and online payment was done and the deal was confirmed.


On feb 10 the customer care people were unable to tell the shipping status and delivery time.


To my greatest surprise on 17 feb 2012 the company mailed me that the deal has been cancelled because they had exhausted stocks as they received overwhelming response of the product.


Shows the unprofessional and uncaring attitude towards customers. How could you confirm deal and order without having the actual product with you.

Hi Vikky, first of all we sincerely apologize for whatever happened. It is our fault and we are working on rectifying the errors in our system. We had exhausted our stocks and believe us Vikky, we really tried our level best to retrieve the product. But when we were not able to do so, we had no choice but to cancel your order. We are really very very sorry for that. Please accept our apologies. We will make sure that we serve you in a much better way next time.Let us know if we can help you in any other way.
