I placed an order# 2257407158 which was delivered in 4 days(quite okay for heavy packages). Then I was shocked to see the product which is physically damaged. There is a dent on the left side of the washing machine. Actually I was impressed by their safe handling video but in reality their packaging sucks as my product was not packed as shown in the video.
I trusted snapdeal so much and always tell my friends about their matchless prices. Now I’m trying to cancel my order and request full refund under TrustPay guidelines but failed to place a request on their website. And also their phone lines are always busy.
