Few Months back I had written a positive review about Snapdeal.But my last transaction with them made me change my views.I am really frustrated with their delivery system.I ordered Two products.One product has been ordered almost one month ago and the estimated delivery date is 3rd November.Now, delivering on estimated date is more like selling a product on MRP.
The estimated date should be calculated considering worst case scenario in mind.Anyway, this I could tolerate as I assume that they are probably at their worst right now.But for my other order they postponed the delivery date.This is something that is very unprofessional.And on top of this I cant track the current status of my order because the courier site page always throws some error.So may be next time Ill think about some other site for placing my order.
Thankfully, there are plenty of options available now.
