This is to bring to notice of all sleepy and dreamy eyes of SNAPDEAL.COM. Lets #UNBOX HAPPINESS of Diwali 2016 today.
I purchased this IFB 25 LTR 25BC4 Convection Microwave Oven Black Order#16294884611 on 25/Oct/2016. The order was scheduled to be delivered on or before 03/Nov/2016.
Everything was running good until 28/Oct/2016 when the package(FedEx India AWB#784446835663) stopped at Baharagora(IN). On 03/Nov/2016, I received an SMS from Snapdeal claiming that my package is running late and will now be delivered on or before 10/Nov/2016.
Question - When there was no tracking information available of the package how did you know that it is running late and will be delivered by 10/Nov/2016?
Meanwhile, on 06/Nov and 07/Nov I made several attempts to call Snapdeal IVR and try to talk to the customer care. But it seems Snapdeal has made a solid IVR system so that no customer can reach a human help. There is no option on IVR to talk to a customer care representative and when I enter order no. IVR says that there is no such order information available. After several attempts in 2 days somehow(I guess mistakenly) I was transferred to a HOMO SAPIENS. But he couldnt help me any bit further. Then I sent an email from Snapdeal website and below is the auto-response received. I waited for another 48 hrs for a reply but since then nobody at Snapdeal has even cared to reply to my problem.
On 09/Nov/2016, I called Fedex India support and realized that neither Snapdeal nor Fedex knows anything about the package. Fortunately the lady at Fedex didnt hesitate to raise a complaint#1109010077. However since 07/Nov/2016 Fedex is also silent about the delivery and tracking of this package. Today, I again called FedEx at 1800 419 4343 and spoke Mr. MAnasultannd, the customer care rep. But as usual he has the same info that is already on the FedEx tracking page, nothing more. Then I spoke with Mr. Jongba who said that it is usual route and it will take another 2 days for delivery. I am surprised.
Nevertheless, lets come back to Snapdeal again. I started sending tweets to https://m.mouthshut.com/Snapdeal rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@Snapdeal and @1KunalBahl. I received reply along with multiple calls and spoke with different people. But to my astonishment everybodys hands were tied and none of them could help me with anything till date. Every time I send a tweet and I receive a reply that they understand my problem and working on it, and thats it. Even after 20 tweets to Mr. Kunal Bahl(CEO, Snapdeal) there is not even a single reply of empathy from him. This is how he is running an ecommerce business house and expects customer satisfaction. Shame.
Even after so many escalation and follow ups it seems like both Snapdeal and Fedex are playing with me and my package. Since 11/Nov/2016, the package is on a "Bharat Darshan(India Tour)". From Kolkata it went to Bhubaneswar, Nagpur and Indore. It may next go to Ujjain-Shirdi-Rameshwaram-Tirupati-Puri-Somnath-Katra and then if Maa Vaishno Devi blesses FedEx it may reach Delhi and then Greater Noida.hhhuuuuffff! what a journey sir!
At the same time, I requested several of snapdeals Social Media team members to cancel my order and process refund. But it seems customer service of Snapdeal.com is adamant of not doing anything out of the way to help, delight and satisfy a super irate and dissatisfied customer. Either their hands are tied or they have no policy to give real happiness to a customer. Both Snapdeal and Fedex are not leaving any stone unturned to make and keep me frustrated.

This is for sure that Snapdeal and FedEx Indias customer service is darn pathetic, horrible, unresponsive, unhelpful and disgusting. In one word both SUCKS, undoubtedly. I am going to UNBOX my issue and pain on all social media platforms. General people must know real fact behind TV commercials of UNBOX ZINDAGI and the trouble I am going through by not receiving my product even after making an upfront aishwaryasingh23ment 22 days back.
All because of and thanks to SNAPDEAL and FEDEX INDIA.
Goodbye Snapdeal.com. This was my last purchase with you.
