We ordered Glam 21 lipstick coral red and we received pink, I had called snapdeal and they said we cant replace but they had a replacement policy and they denied taking it by saying that its a hygeine issue and we wont take it and we told them that the product was not opened and its written clearly that its pink, and in my last review of flipkart my friend ordered red as of now my friend has again ordered a red lipstick but was given the wrong color after escalating the issue.
They asked us to send pictures and they agreed to replace, after a week when received it after requesting to replace they pissed us more and they sent fauscia color and it was not even pink or red, and it was broken and the lipstick stains were on the cover seemed to be a used one, hence had a big escalation with snapdeal and they could just refund the money, they advertise so beautifully but on a hygeine level, they are worst then flipkart.
