I m a regular buyer of snapdeal. I have placed an order on 22nd sept 2014 for zebronics node mp3.
Order was saying it will be dispatched with in one day and delivery date was 30th upto 29 I haven’t receive any msg from snapdeal.
So I called them and they told me they don’t have the product(when u people don’t have product why do you show it on display this is the third deal they told me the same thing), and as soon as the product will be available they will dispatch.
I was ok with that coz I needed that mp3. on 2nd oct I received a msg from snapdeal saying that my product is ready with the seller and will be dispatched with in 12 hours, but I haven’t receive any msg regarding the same for two next days on 5th I receive a mail that product’s shipping has been delayed due to courier. I called them they tell me
THEY DONT HAVE THE MP3 and I can take my money back(after keeping my money for so many days n earning interest on it again this is the 3rd time they had done the same thing to me 1st rs 25000 2nd around 2000 now this).
I was fed up with them so I told them to cancel that order they confirmed me my order has been cancelled n will get my money back in 7 days(on the same day I ordered it from flipkart and they dispatched it on the same day). on the very next day I receive a msg saying that ur mp3 has been dispatched WTF. I called them again they told me not to receive it n they will return my money. Now who gonna believe them I kept both the mp3s n gifted one to my friend.
