I can’t imagine a online shopping site can cheat with their customer. I bought a Dell PC of 33K it was written their that it is with Windows 10 and Office 2016. When I receive the product than I find it was use Laptop. They have installed Windows 10 and Office 2016 and active it with KMSpico. If you are not giving genuine Windows 10 and Office 2016 than why you are writing it on site. They are selling a product that is not genuine to open market telling that is is genuine how it can be possible. I ask their support team than they have told that it will resolve in 2-3 days. After 3 days I receive a message that their courier have try to contact me but can’t reach me so my clam has been cancel. Though I have not receive any call on this 3 days of time. After that I call them again and than they inform me that my replacement time has over so they cant do any thing for me.
In short they have take 33k from me for a used product.
