Not quite of an online store!

Once I ordered a book in Snapdeal and in return I received a book of another genre. I then return it back and once approved they cut my money and says me to order something else instead! As for money no one wants to let it go easily, I bought some of the gymming accessories. On the parcel day, the delivery took a day. I don’t know what he was doing but I am sure of it that he was not paying any heed to my phone calls. Anyways what I am saying is that the order I received is a huge loss of me, the accessories are of poor class. It gets wear and tear easily and the price was infact that of a branded one! See? Makes no sense. Then and there I stopped ordering things from Snapdeal.


I don’t have any problem with any other shopping platforms but Snapdeal is not consistent with its order and are of poor quality. Moreover the customercare is carefree of their customers and won’t pay you any attention until and unless you call them 2-3 times. And lastly the delivery is the worst they take ages to deliver your product. So please Snapdeal I request you to understand the customer’s problem and pay attention to their problems.
