Pros
1) Pricing - No one can beat their pricing and offers. You must check the pricing on Snapdeal before you order anything elsewhere. I can guarantee no one can offer the price they do.
2) Delivery - Very prompt, products are delivered within 3 - 4 days from order. They have an online tracking and mobile alerts system which keeps you updated regarding the delivery of the product.
3) Return Policy - It is easy and good, though not the best, here I must say Amazon is better.
Cons
1) Customer Service - They need to hire a few better guys in their customer service team. Plus they have only 1 customer service number which is in Delhi, so everytime you call them, you pay STD charge. Please get a toll free number.
