I had some issues with the product. Tried contacting them through help and support. Never got reply with the solution to exact query. The only solution is to call them at 09212692126. It takes around 5-6 minute of waiting time which is cumbersome. I kept my phone on loudspeaker till any one responds. The response of support executive is good.
