I purchased godrej security system for Rs. 10, 300/- recently. On receiving there was no warranty card and when I checked with Godrej, they told us it is fake product and no installation will be done by them. The very next day after delivery I requested for return to Snapeal. They sent me email that your query will be resolved soon. After that they never replied or sent anyone for return and refund. It is cheat company. Stay away.
