I ordered a VLCC cream from Snapdeal on 17th June 2012 and I paid the money online through my Credit card. I didnt receive any confirmation from Snapdeal till 21st June whether my order has been shipped or not. I received an email on 22nd that my order has been cancelled as they dont have the stock with them. I called Snapdeal and asked the representative that why my order was cancelled.
He informed me that the vendor does not have the product and it has been sold. I asked them than why the hell you guys are displaying the items which you cannot deliver. Than I was informed that my money has been refunded already and they have credited the amount. I checked my account details and my money was not credit. I called snapdeal again and informed them about the same. They informed that it takes 7 days to credit the money. This was not the service that I expected from Snapdeal.
I have purchased many items from Flipkart.com and Shopclues.com and I got the best service and they exceeded my expectations. Anytime I ordered any product from them , I got the product within 2 - 3 days.
Snapdeal should improve their service and display the content which they can provide.
