I ordered an LG G watch almost 10 days back. My order ID is 3344318492.First, the Estimated delivery date was 1st Nov. But as the order didn’t reach me, I contacted you on 2nd of November. I was told that I will get the order in 2 days, also with a reply from Snapdeal regarding my order. Neither did the order reach, nor Snapdeal contacted me. So I had to call them up again, waiting for almost 30 minutes in queue.
The representative told me that he will log a complain against the courier(Last time also they did). And he told me that he will get back to me in 24 hours. I have not received any response yet.
I was given the courier(Velvex Logistics) office’s number. They did not pick up even after 10+ calls. Then I had to call their Mumbai head office, which again did not pick up. I wanted to contact them because they are not delivering my product, and I thought I could go to their office and pick it up myself. But no response from them.
I’ve contacted you guys a minimum of 4 times. All the times you said you’d get back to me. But you did not. This is not fair. This order was supposed to be a birthday gift and if I don’t get it tomorrow, it will be on no use. I hope I can get the order as quickly as possible and you guys cooperate with me for the first time now.
The tracking shows that the Order reached my area’s branch on 30st October. Still why hasn’t it got delivered? Or you guys are just fooling your customer telling the same thing again and again and failing to contact?
The overall website is good and everything, but what is the use if the product itself doesn’t get delivered?
