Stupid Delivery Process and irresponsible process

On 17th Oct 2014 I ordered Red Tape Shoes(Order # 3230456995). The expected delivery date was 27th October. Till today(5th Nov), the product has not reached me. The status continues to show the product was shipped. Repeated calls to the customer support has been of no use. They keep saying the complaint has been forwarded to the "concerned team". Sending emails has also been of no help. Sadly I paid upfront for this order, instead of choosing COD.  It is shocking that companies such as this get heavy funding from investors!


Again 05/11/2014, I have called to courier people, said that Snapdeal requested to return the item on 30/10/2014 18:18 PM. But when I call to snapdeal support, they are not aware of this.


Also I have asked three questions to support:




  1. Why my ordered item is not delivered and what went wrong?




  2. If you again re-scheduled the delivery, then by when I will get the item?




  3. If it refund then by when my amount will get credited?






There is not answer from them.


I am not understanding why the snapdeal is cheating and fooling the people. I have got irritated for this order. Also Snapdeal does not have the courtesy to understand the need of customer and because of the snapdeal internal problems, why a customer has to bare their money, time and calls


It is soo pathetic to place an  order in Snapedeal. I have cancelled the order and informed them to refund the money. Actually I am waiting for the item, because of delay and un-answered questions I have cancelled.


So guys,




  1. Be careful while placing order in snapdeal.




  2. Don’t become fools like me by placing the order in snapdeal




  3. Don’t call customer care, because there is no use.
