Buy on COD only

I’m a regular buyer from Snapdeal.com since launch. Earlier i’m very happy there service as well shipping management. But now they are fooling people by selling out of stock items. After taking your money and time they dint deliver product because actually they have nothing.


I order in 30 days different types of product in 4 orders. only my first order partially shipped all other order after calling them so many time didn’t delivered. After 15-20 days they put a refund order and refund my money in my account. My 3 consecutive order cancelled due to lack of product as they said, even the product shown as in stock & I paid online.


For all reader’s faith I attached my order history. Here they also made some serious game. My all cancelled order not shown in my order history, so if someone is lost there email then it is very difficult for him to make refund (as the only choice no have in stock).


So, I warned you all friends, please be sure before ordering and order only COD basis so no need of refund.

Update:26th Sept., 2012


As of now it’s 1month old till we receive response from snapdeal.com. So as I updated my review with below findings:-




  1. Now they are sending order & updating about inventory through email even the delivery time is varies from product to product.




  2. Product relates to health/cosmetics still lagging behind in delivery, I received products in nearly 14 days of now (Thanks god not cancelled).




  3. Tech products like pendrive/computer laptop accessories delivery is very fast compare to others so hats off.




  4. Last but not the least "Still it quite confusing which product delivered on time or which delayed or worse cancelled, so I suggest to all friends go for COD only and if time is constrain then buy from other sites."






Suggestion to Snapdeal




  1. Please clear the cloud from delivery or inventory availability of product on real time bassis. I think it quite easy with a proper inventory management.




  2. As I received the products from a new courier company (delivery), Please collaborate with them for proper & timely supply chain.
