Sub: Complaint - Reg vouchers 64440636 and 64470647 for Golconda Chimney restaurant
Dear Customer Service, Reg the above mentioned vouchers, I would like to inform you that Golconda Chimney restaurant did not honour the vouchers when presented to them this Saturday. Their excuse was that prior appointment is mandatory(even though the restaurant was quite empty when we visited). I asked them how it mattered whether we booked a table or not when the restaurant is so empty and they rudely said that booking is mandatory. Since I do not plan to ever visit this restaurant again, please refund the amount for these vouchers and cancel the same. I trust Snapdeal understands customer service better than Golconda Chimney and you will do the right thing. Regs B -
Response from Snapdeal - NOTHING!
Like I said before - Customer - use at your own peril. Merchants do not honour the vouchers presented unless you make a prior appointment(if you can make it). And why would anyone make an appointment which may end up in your being treated differently to other customers.
