i dont want to share my order id because of my personal issues but I do wanted to share my personal experince and a honest review.


i am using snapdeal for last 3 years and roughly I order 2-3 orders in a month.


i have never experienced any bad quality or any defect from them, and builf trust in their brand.


but I have lost that trust in this brand and their poor servicing.


when I opened this shoes after using it for few days I have seen the crack in the soul of shoes that breaks it below and I couldn’t use it gor further.


when I raised a complaint they said nothing can be done as it crossed the time limit. it must be raised in 3-4 days of delivery.


Tell me one thing


A.in this covid time everyone is keeping the products far away for some days and then they are using the same


But as per rules, we have to raise requests or return within two to three days.if any thing happens will snapdeal take responsibility?


B.The price I have given was for good product to use and iam ordering products from snapdeal since last three years so how anything doubtful will come in my mind because I have always got a good product from your end.


I started requesting call center from the first week of november and on every alternative day. I called them and explained that this is a loyal cousyomer and will not saying anything wrong at least let’s take the product and check once but your team said no meams no?


Is your responsibility after getting money gets over? is this how you give service to loyal coustomers is this how you deal proffesional way with th coustomer harrasing them?


If days were normal anyone will use the product quickly but this is no normal time I already have set of shoes left over we opened and used for just one month and got a defect.


all I am is requesting to check the product is really some big issue as it’s soul has been damaged too quickly


i guess it has defected one


no one helped me with your coustmer service now its your choice if you want to retain a loyal coustomer or not.


i dont want any refund I want you guys chevk my product and give me an exchange of it the good one.
