I haven’t used Snapdeal much but only a few times and I was never completely satisfied because the product images on the website were mostly enhanced to look good. The actual products were a little different.
The delivery time of the product was also very long. It takes 5-6 days to reach you after you have placed the order which is too long to wait after you are excited about ordering a new product. There are other sites like amazon which deliver within 2-3 days.
My mother once ordered a vegetable chopper from Snapdeal and there was a free set of kitchen tools to be delivered along with it but at the time of delivery there was no free gift and neither did it come afterwards.
I contacted customer care regarding this and they put me on hold for a very long time and still didn’t give me any positive reply. I was told that it was a glitch on our website and there was gift in actual.
It’s not reliable for the authentic products and I wouldn’t recommend you using it.
