My order ID is 1557511027 and I have ordered an IBM Microwave oven and it was not shipped on shipping date mentioned but I received message like its ready with the seller and will be shipped in 12 hrs!
So, in order to get this clarified, I sent an email to customer care to find this discrepancy. To my surprise, I received a mail from them stating it will be delayed by 3 days since its not available with the seller. So I went to the site to cancel the order. But there it showed courier dispatched to the courier company and that you cant cancel now!
What the hell is happening with my order?
So I called the customer care to get this discrepancy between mail and site clarified.
Now here is the worst ever experience of my life with any customer care.
He was telling we cant cancel since the product was delivered to the courier company .So I asked for waybill number for that he said they are yet to procure the item.
How come the product was sent to the courier company without procuring?
Mouthshut, plz help me in understanding this.
I asked the same question to d cc person and thanks to snap deal for employing such mannered cc person who said in his own words " I CANT SAY THIS AND ALL SAY YES OR NO. I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER".
